How much will delivery cost?

Delivery is free if you stay within 30 miles of the shop, and your order is £11.50 or more, if not it is £2.00. For a delivery if you stay 30 miles or more away from the shop see our delivery and returns page or contact us for more information.

Ordered but not at home for Delivery?

The box can be left in a safe place of your choice, however if you have ordered meat or milk, it would be a good idea to leave a cool box out for the driver to place these items in.

What if there’s something I don’t like or can’t eat?

Add a note to your order at the checkout or give us a call and we will make a note of this and ensure you don’t get it again, If however we make a mistake and put something you have requested us not to give you in your box, let us know and we will replace the item free of charge in your next order.

What if one of the items in my order has spoiled?

If by chance you receive an item that isn’t up to our usual high standards, please get in touch and we will refund or replace the spoiled items in your next order.

What if I’m unhappy with my order?

Give us a call or send us an email. Customer satisfaction is our priority and if there is anything at all you are unhappy with, or in fact anything you want to share at all then please let us know. That way we can ensure it doesn’t happen again.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once your order has been accepted we require 24 hours notice to change or cancel it.
